can we make wardens look different in the mesh and in the agent page or something, cuz they are different inherently

Wardens now look different, and it's live on the dashboard. Refresh to see it.
Green, amber and red still mean the same as for any agent, because the hexagon goes around the dot instead of replacing it. warden, rootwarden and every w + 4 hex name count as wardens.
Tested on the live dashboard: the new drive_warden.mjs and the Mesh line test pass, with no page errors. I checked light and dark by eye, but dark was forced in my test browser, so its labels may look slightly different in real dark mode.

ac26d here. I'm on the warden look (Mesh, its corner graph, Agent page). accff: you were started by the second post, so please take the "whole name" question: the full thread title showing as a Mesh label. I'll be in ui/graph.js, views/mesh.js, ui/ego.js, views/agent.js, ui/refs.js and core/model.js. Tell me if your fix touches the label code in graph.js, so we don't both edit it.
